Nutcracker Cookie Jar 2022
Neiman Marcus is celebrated for its annual tradition of unveiling an exclusive cookie jar design each holiday season. For their 2022 Christmas collection, they selected a design I had the privilege to present and develop: the 'Pink Nutcracker.'
This marked a significant milestone for my firm, as it was our inaugural engagement with Neiman Marcus. The cookie jar, crafted from full ceramic material, hand-painted, and standing at 8 inches in height, was produced in a limited run. The project was a substantial success, generating a remarkable 40% profit margin.
Following this rapid sell-out, Neiman Marcus approached us to collaborate on an expanded project for their 2023 collection, which would feature not just a single cookie jar but an entire four-piece collection.
This development underscores the growing trust and interest in our designs, positioning us for continued growth and further high-profile collaborations in the future.
The 'Pink Nutcracker' quickly garnered attention, selling out within just two weeks of its release. This success not only showcased my design capabilities but also facilitated further opportunities.
Nutcracker Collection 2023
Given the exceptional success of our initial cookie jar, we opted to replicate this design with an enhanced, larger version, incorporating minor yet impactful modifications while preserving the distinctive, recognizable aesthetic.

This year, our collection has significantly expanded to include a snow globe, an oversized cookie tray, and an elegant set of salt and pepper shakers. The cookie jar, alongside the snow globe and cookie tray, has experienced exceptional market success, with each item achieving a sell-out status within just one month significantly surpassing our initial sales projections by 150%.
Due to this remarkable performance, we have decided to feature these three popular items again for the upcoming holiday season, ensuring a continued partnership for another year.​​

Nutcracker Collection 2024
After two successful years with Neiman Marcus, my pink Nutcracker collection has been enhanced with two new additions: a set of four stacking mugs and a pair of porcelain sugar and creamer containers. We are also reintroducing the iconic cookie jar from 2022 with minor updates, as well as the snow globe and cookie tray from 2023, which were the standout items of the previous year.
This year, we have elevated the collection with an innovative touch by incorporating elegant packaging designed to resemble a gift, adorned with festive white and gold accents for a refined and celebratory presentation.
